CTBB Pumpkin Bars
If there’s one thing I love about fall, it’s PUMPKIN, all things pumpkin. Yep, I know it’s pretty basic but along with the nostalgia it brings, there’s just something comforting about pumpkin goodies. A new favorite are my pumpkin bars. My hubby doesn’t even like pumpkin and these were a hit! The batter alone was delicious ( I may or may not have consumed raw eggs *insert obligatory note on NOT recommending the consumption of raw eggs due to potential salmonella).
1/4 cup coconut oil
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons almond butter
1/3 cup stevia
1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place pumpkin puree, eggs and almond butter in a bowl and mix.
3. Add in stevia, spices, baking soda, and flowers into a bowl and mix.
4. Add in coconut oil and stir until blended
